Defrost: Remove soup from freezer and place in refrigerator for roughly 24 hours. Alternately, submerge frozen jar in cold water and allow to thaw (2-3 hours).
For Stove Top: After Defrosting, pour soup into saucepan and cook on low-to-medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Cook on low to medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
For Microwave: After Defrosting, remove the metal top and ring and place the jar in microwave. Heat on high for 3 minutes, stir, and heat for 1 more minute if needed. Be careful, the jar will be hot to the touch.
